“Ngern Tid Lor” launches new branches in petrol stations, shopping and community malls promoting accessibility for customers nationwide

Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, or TIDLOR, is progressing its branch expansion in leading petrol stations, shopping and community malls, and 80 other service outlets, totalling 300 outlets nationwide. In response to today’s convenience-centric lifestyle, the broader service coverage aims to facilitate accessibility for customers in each area to get loans and insurance any day of the week, including public holidays. They can access the services at petrol stations from 09.00-18.00 hours and community malls from 10.30 – 20.00 hours.

Ngern Tid Lor’s SVP Branch Sales Management & Channel Management, Mr. Supachoke Akkarakulyos, revealed that: “In 2022, the company plans to establish 300 more branches nationwide. Since the end of last year, 1,286 offices have been opened to increase service efficiency and expand accessibility. Our strategy involves 80 new outlets in leading petrol stations, shopping malls and community malls in high-potential locations in Bangkok and upcountry. Accurate and efficient assessment of the potential of each location is ascertained using technology.” 

Ngern Tid Lor currently has 28 service outlets in PTT, Bangchak, PT, Caltex, and IRPC gas stations which are open Monday to Sunday from 09.00 – 18.00 hours. In 2022, 40 more outlets will be launched in leading petrol stations in Bangkok, Samut Prakarn, Samut Songkram, Karnchanaburi, Chon Buri, Chaiyaphum, Songkhla, Chiang Rai, and elsewhere. 

Some 75% of the outlets are at PTT stations with 25% distributed among Bangchak, PT, Caltex and others.

Meanwhile, Ngern Tid Lor is partnering Max Solution Service Co., Ltd., a PTG subsidiary that is a leading comprehensive energy enterprise, to provide PT Max Card holders who apply for a vehicle loan from Ngern Tid Lor via Max Rewards application or website with 100 PT Max Card points per 10,000 baht loan credit per contract (maximum 10,000 points per contract). The special offer applies from now to 30 June 2022. 

Ngern Tid Lor has also established 69 branches in shopping and community malls, including Lotus, Big C, The Mall, Robinson, CJ More, and others, to provide daily service from 10.30 - 20.00 hours. In 2022, Ngern Tid Lor plans to open 40 more branches, 50% in Lotus, 10% in Big C, and 30% in community malls.
