Customers of the Salad Factory restaurant chain will be able to sample delicious menu items made from premium and high-quality ingredients imported from different regions in the United States thanks to the healthy food campaign called “Premium Taste of America” organized in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok. The collaboration aims to share the beauty of food culture between Thailand and the United States through homemade-style meals.
The “Premium Taste of America” campaign will offer exquisite healthy options made with top-quality American ingredients for consumers who are enthusiastic about food, lead healthy lifestyles, and value a balanced life. All U.S. food products comply with strict standards and regulations to guarantee excellent quality and safety.
There will be seven exclusive menu options, including entrées, desserts, and beverages. Featured items will include U.S. beef short plate, scallops, mashed potatoes, Alaskan black cod, Washingtonian apples, and Californian cream cheese. The menu will also include Thai ingredients such as organic salad vegetables, homemade salad dressing, and other ingredients to completement the tasty and delicious food fusion between the United States and Thailand.

1.U.S. Beef Short Plate Rock & Roll
A tasty way to start the day is with the U.S. beef short plate stuffed with fresh salad vegetables, grilled, and served with homemade sauces.
2.U.S. Beef Short Plate Cobb Salad
Customers will enjoy the light smoke flavor of this salad served with ranch and red wine salad dressing. The salad combines tomato, boiled egg, avocado, and romaine lettuce, served with grilled crispy U.S. beef short plate.
3.American Potato Croquette
The American Potato Croquette is the perfect starter for everyone as it provides fluffy and light American mashed potatoes mixed with stir-fried spinach, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, and served with homemade mayonnaise.
4.U.S. Scallops in Yellow Marine
The savory flavor of U.S. pan-seared scallops paired with smooth butter squash puree with apple sauce makes them a favorite among seafood lovers. Drizzle oil with spring onions or squeeze lemon over your scallops if you would like to add a citrus hint to your dish.
5.Fired Alaskan Black Cod Steak
Alaskan black cod also known as “Gindara” is another treasure from the deep sea, high in vitamins and omega 3.
