Raimon Land signs MoU with Rojana Property

Embarking on the development of branded hotel and residences in Phuket

Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML), Thailand’s leading developer of luxury and super-luxury real estate, recently held a signing ceremony with Rojana Property Company Limited, for a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on a beachfront branded hotel and residences development in Phuket.

Korn Narongdej, Chief Executive Officer of Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML), revealed that, “Throughout more than 35 years of our distinguished experience in luxury and super-luxury real estate development, Raimon Land has to-date developed a total of 25 projects, valued at over 100 billion baht. Our real estate development strategy from now will focus on an ‘Asset-Light’ business model by mainly developing a project on a partner's land plot.
