TQC: Faculty of Engineering

During the Covid-19 crisis, the university employs the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) criteria, including risk management, business continuity, and resilience, to address challenges and obstacles. The university proactively prepares its personnel, finance, IT systems, and supply-network management to handle incidents efficiently in all missions. Additionally, the university has set up an online teaching management system and assistance system to aid affected personnel and students, along with a crisis communication system to keep all stakeholders informed.

Mahidol University has been awarded the Thailand Quality Class (TQC) twice and recently received the TQC Plus: People award, reflecting its strong focus on quality personnel and the dedicated participation of all groups of university personnel. The university’s personnel work with a comprehensive understanding of the work system that considers the needs of all stakeholder groups, regulations, changing trends in Thai and global society, and the process of tracking operational results and knowledge management.

The Faculty of Nursing has also earned the Thailand Quality Class (TQC) for the second time, and the Faculty of Engineering has received it for the first time, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement and development towards their vision.
