The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) and Coex Convention & Exhibition Center (Coex) from the Republic of Korea (South Korea) have officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at propelling the event industry between Thailand and Korea to new heights.

This strategic partnership will foster the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and resources, while supporting various marketing activities and facilitating personnel exchanges to bolster capabilities in event and conference management.

QSNCC, Thailand's premier national convention centre and the largest convention centre in Bangkok, and Coex, the largest convention and exhibition centre in Seoul, are renowned for their instrumental roles in driving the event industry's growth in their respective countries. Both venues boast harmonious architectural designs and offer expansive spaces that cater to diverse events and lifestyles. Strategically located with excellent transportation connectivity, they are surrounded by vibrant shopping centres, restaurants, and hotels, providing convenient amenities and state-of-the-art technological advancements. Additionally, both centres are committed to environmental sustainability and share a common goal of propelling their countries' economies through the development of the event industry.

Mr. Lee Dong-ki, CEO of Coex, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We believe that this agreement marks a significant milestone in expanding the competitive landscape for both Coex and QSNCC, enabling the sustainable development of capabilities within the event and conference industry. Mr. Sutichai Bunditvorapoom, Executive Vice President of N.C.C. Management and Development Co., Ltd., the operator of QSNCC, shared his perspective, saying, "This partnership creates a

platform for enhancing and elevating the hosting capabilities for a wide range of events.
