MQDC won 7 recognitions at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023-24, with 5 trophies and 2 International Property Awards nominations, presented at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.
The leading property developer won with its Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villas, and Six Senses Residences The Forestias projects as well as The Estate (Thailand), its specialist unit for resale, rental, and consultancy.
MQDC won a special “Sustainability Award” for its Six Senses Residences, reflecting the developer’s eco-friendly principles, as well as prizes for the best project in several categories of residence.

MQDC’s Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit, a multigeneration condominium near Ekkamai, won “Architecture Multiple Residence Thailand”.
Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villas, homes for extended families within The Forestias forest district, won “Best Residential Development 20+ Units Thailand” and a nomination for the event’s International Property Awards.
Six Senses Residences The Forestias, developed with the famous hotel group at The Forestias, received “Best Sustainable Residential Development Thailand” and will go forward to the International Property Awards contest. The residences also took the “Sustainability Award”.
The Estate was recognised in the category of “Real Estate Agency Single Office Thailand”.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, designed to celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies in the property industry. They are considered among the region’s most prestigious and best-regarded awards.
