SCB-Julius Baer Securities Co., Ltd. has announced its latest ground-breaking venture: "The 45 Academia" program, dedicated to nurturing the "Leaders of Tomorrow."

The transformative initiative lies at the heart of the Bank's innovative "New Wave of Wealth" strategy, a comprehensive approach designed to cater to the needs of Thailand's ultra-high-net-worth individuals. 

By fostering the next generation of influential wealth leaders, "The 45 Academia" program aims to develop business heirs and empower them with the knowledge and expertise to make significant social contributions going forward. The program's curriculum offers comprehensive training in wealth management and investment practices, along with a critical self-development module, ensuring a seamless transition of wealth across generations and establishing a blueprint for long-term sustainability.

In an effort to provide participants with a diverse and enriching learning experience, the program features renowned CEOs and leading businessmen from Thailand and around the world as course advisors. Another captivating element of the curriculum includes an immersive business trip to Switzerland, granting participants the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the prestigious Julius Baer headquarters, renowned globally for its excellence. 

The program also benefits from the expertise of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), a highly acclaimed institution that will facilitate practical workshops.

Commenting on the program's significance, Ms. Lalitphat Toranavikrai, CEO of SCB-Julius Baer Securities Co., Ltd., stated, "We recognise the pivotal role of wealth transfer for ultra-high-net-worth individuals in Thailand. Echoing this sentiment, Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya, CEO of Ananda Development PCL. and Dean of "The 45 Academia," emphasised the importance of adaptability and lifelong learning in contemporary leadership. He expressed, "Leadership in the current era demands adaptability and a dedication to lifelong learning. The 'Leaders of Tomorrow' curriculum is crafted to shape future leaders who extend their influence beyond personal wealth accumulation, focusing on generating innovative solutions that benefit society holistically."

Participants in the program will engage with senior wealth management professionals from Julius Baer and attend workshops hosted by IMD. This comprehensive approach ensures that the next generation is equipped with the necessary knowledge to sustainably grow their family businesses while embracing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) best practices.

The esteemed "Leaders of Tomorrow" team comprises industry stalwarts, including Mr. Chanond Ruangkritya serving as the Dean of the program, Mr. Adrian Mazenauer, Head of Wealth Management at SCB Julius Baer, assuming the role of curriculum director.
