Mr. Worawat "ACME" Narknawdee, a highly successful trader known as "Acme Traderist" in the global market for over a decade, is the CEO of Bitnance Co. Ltd., a financial technology (FinTech) company. He announced the completion of a deal on June 28, stating that he joined forces with TransEuro Group, an agency and consulting firm operating in the UAE for more than 20 years. The collaboration aims to support an investment of 10,000 million baht ($300 million) across various sectors in the country, particularly in Dubai. The investments will focus on luxury real estate, service businesses, fintech services, and strategic commercial trade opportunities, facilitated by the expertise of TransEuro Group.

"Investing in the UAE poses a challenge as there are countless lucrative opportunities, and most investors struggle to identify where to begin and which investments will lead to success. Consequently, I chose TransEuro Group as my business consultant due to their strong strategies and exceptional potential. Their team of professionals possesses global expertise, and they have been granted significant licenses by the UAE government, including licenses for commercial intermediary and brokerage services in all sectors, commodity and aircraft spare parts trading, products and solutions for the HORECA sector, management consultancy, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) solutions, crude oil and refined oil products trading, as well as gold and other unmanufactured precious metals trading. With this partnership, I am confident that we will lay a solid foundation for my business growth through investments in the UAE, leading to resounding success."

Worawat expressed his honour at having met H.E. Younis Al Khoori, the Undersecretary at the Ministry of Finance of the UAE, who oversees the country's economy and finance. Their meeting took place via a VDO Conference on Zoom, where Worawat introduced himself as a Thai businessman investing in Dubai with the guidance of TransEuro Group. He also met with H.E. Khalid Al Jarwan, the executive director of the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, who is responsible for strengthening leading digital businesses domestically and attracting potential leading digital firms internationally to Dubai's digital economy. The meeting primarily focused on exchanging ideas about trade and investment in Dubai, particularly in the digital currency sector, which Dubai is actively developing to become a hub for cryptocurrencies and attract investors from around the world. This presents a significant opportunity for Worawat to potentially expand his digital currency business in Dubai in the near future.

Mr. Panicker, CEO of TransEuro Group, expressed his satisfaction at being trusted by Worawat and achieving mutual goals in the trade and investment sectors in the UAE. He shared, "After 24 years, I visited Thailand in 2022 at the invitation of several major corporations. When I met Mr. Worawat, I was impressed by his humility and, more importantly, his vision of conducting business not only in Thailand but also on a global scale. I firmly believe that our partnership will succeed, contributing to closer ties between the UAE and Thailand. This includes facilitating visits of business figures from the UAE with the assistance of Mr. Worawat and organising trade delegations between our two countries."
