TAT Invites Prospective Tourists to Experience the Incredible World of Wellness Tourism with the 'Discover The New You' Campaign

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) proudly launches the 'Discover The New You' campaign, aimed at promoting health and wellness tourism, with a focus on the innovative concept of 'Meaningful Wellness.' In collaboration with 130 business owners and entrepreneurs from the Health and Wellness sector, as well as digital allies, the campaign offers a series of special promotions.

Mr. Apichai Chatchalermkit, Deputy Governor for Tourism Products and Business at TAT, introduces the 'Discover The New You' campaign, which supports and promotes valuable Health and Wellness Tourism in a creative and customer-centric manner.

As part of the Amazing Thailand Health and Wellness New Chapters New Experience initiative, the campaign involves various collaborative activities with leading business owners and entrepreneurs in the Health and Wellness industry. These activities include Wellness Stays at renowned establishments such as Sripanwa Phuket, Kamalaya Samui, BDMS Wellness Clinic Retreat at Celes Samui, and VLCC Wellness Packages from Banyan Tree Spa, Rarinjinda Wellness Spa, and PANPURI Wellness. Additionally, there are Health Check-up & Anti-aging Packages available at Panacee Wellness Khaoyai, ADDLIFE Anti-Aging Medical Center, and Bangkok Anti-Aging Center.

To reach a wider audience, TAT has formed alliances with various digital platforms related to tourism and lifestyle. Partnerships with Megatix, HDMall, Thailand Massage, Line Shopping, Tripgether, ChangTrixGet, and SaleHere have resulted in attractive promotions. Collaborative efforts with marketing partners have led to the creation of Meaningful Wellness Packages and exclusive offers for Thai Airlines and Thai Smile passengers, as well as Royal Orchid Plus and Nok Air Club cardholders, Beat Club members, and MGC-Asia (Millennium Group Corporation) members.

Moreover, TAT has invited entrepreneurs, bloggers, and influencers to participate in a competition aimed at designing and promoting Health Tourism activities. The objective is to increase variety and diversity in this area and attract the expanding group of health-conscious tourists. The 15 best routes entered into the contest will be advertised across media platforms by TAT.

The Media Fam Trip, the first of its kind, invites bloggers and partners to join a Meaningful Wellness Outing in Phetchaburi province. This trip has also been included in TAT's carefully selected travel routes in the Family Millennium category. The highlights of the trip include an educational visit to Ban Rai Krang, where visitors can ride an 'E Taen' tractor through the fields, explore a hidden sugar palm forest with over 1000 trees, savour organic cuisine from a local chef, and receive top-quality Wellness Treatments and detoxes from expert practitioners at VLCC.

"TAT is confident that the marketing activities within the 'Discover The New You' campaign will introduce the benefits of Wellness Tourism to a new audience of tourists, allowing them to discover the 'new you' while creating memorable experiences. We anticipate that more than 3,000 new tourists will invest in the products and services offered by the campaign, resulting in a total expenditure of over 18 million baht by September 2023."
