Sunny Scoop Unveils Dairy-Free Chicken Protein Ice Cream for Health Enthusiasts

Sunny Scoop introduces a groundbreaking dairy-free chicken protein ice cream, redefining health-conscious dessert choices.

Sunny Scoop, a premium-grade, health-conscious ice cream brand, has unveiled Thailand's pioneering chicken breast protein ice cream, catering to individuals with allergies and those seeking reduced sugar intake. This high-protein ice cream, akin to premium gelato in taste and quality, is a game-changer for health-conscious dessert lovers.

Founded by 18-year-old Kornsasorn Asavasopon, a student at Harrow International School Bangkok and recipient of the "TSU Inventor Award 2023," Sunny Scoop was born out of necessity, driven by her family's dairy allergies. Recognising the growing health consciousness among Thai consumers and the prevalence of allergies to dairy and nuts, Kornsasorn embarked on a two-year journey to develop an allergy-friendly and nutritious ice cream that could bring joy to all.

"The R&D team and I engaged with various groups, including allergy sufferers and the elderly, to understand market demands," said Kornsasorn. "Thailand's tropical climate makes ice cream a popular choice for dessert. We meticulously refined Sunny Scoop's taste and nutritional profile until it gained widespread acceptance. Not only have we created Thailand's first chicken protein ice cream with the same taste, aroma, and texture as premium gelato, but we've also made it accessible to health-conscious individuals, dairy, soy, or almond allergics, and those at risk of diabetes, thanks to its sugar substitute, stevia extract. Furthermore, it's made from hygienic chicken breast, offering higher protein and amino acids with fewer calories and carbohydrates than typical ice cream. We source chemical-free ingredients from farmers in The Nature Point project to ensure no residues or pesticides."

Sunny Scoop boasts FDA certification and a Department of Intellectual Property patent, with its chocolate and mulberry flavour receiving recognition as an outstanding herbal product. The brand also proudly displays the Healthier Choice logo, signifying superior quality while adhering to strict criteria. A cup of Sunny Scoop contains only 90 kilocalories, 3.5 grams of fat, 11 grams of protein, 5 grams of carbohydrates, and 70 milligrams of sodium, making it an ideal choice for consumers of all ages, especially those allergic to cow's milk or soy milk and individuals with diabetes.

Sunny Scoop's guilt-free ice cream comes in five delectable flavours - chocolate, matcha, Thai tea, coffee, and mulberry - available at 109 baht per cup through online channels, including Line @sunnysite, GRABFOOD, LINEMAN, and T-RAMEN stores, with plans for expansion into fitness centres and health food stores. The brand is also seeking distributors as sales partners, with one distributor selected per province. For updates and inquiries, visit Line @sunnysite.
