The exclusive gathering is a part of the Forward series, an initiative aimed at moving Thailand forward through digital advancement and collaborative leadership for CxOs and executives from top companies.

Scheduled particularly after the Singles Day shopping festival in November, the roundtable is designed to bring together C-level executives from retail companies to discuss the challenges faced in 2023 and strategize for a successful 2024. Attendees can expect to gain practical and actionable insights from a wide range of topics, including omni-shopper behaviour, data, economic trends, and distribution/sales channels.

Comprising two key segments—a panel discussion and a roundtable session—the event features retail veterans who have previously set new benchmarks in the retail landscape amidst unprecedented circumstances.
