Additional activities include a soccer match combined with food tasting, Italian cuisine classes, gourmet dinners, and Italian restaurants certified 'Ospitalità italiana' offering special menus throughout the week. The Italian Cuisine Week will continue in Phnom Penh, featuring masterclasses on Italian wines by a certified Sommelier and special menus by Italian restaurants."
