Recently, Thaioil, led by Mr. Viroj Wongsathirayakhun, Executive Vice President-Organisation Effectiveness, along with Ms. Chiraporn Kamon-in, Manager-Industrial/Employee Relations, Ms. Benjawan Poompruek, Manager-People and Organisation Excellence Strategy, and Ms. Arpakorn Wongsathapornpat, Manager-Special Assignment, received the Silver Award at Thailand HR Innovation Award 2023 during Thailand HR Day 2023. The award was presented by Prof. Dr. Anek Laothamatas, Former Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao.
Thaioil earned this recognition for its "Well-Being at TOP: 5 Happiness Project." This innovative initiative employs advanced technology management to better cater to the needs of employees in five key areas of happiness, which include Health, Money, Community, Mind, and Admiration. The Thailand HR Innovation Award is a collaborative effort by four institutions: the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT), Institute of HR Professional Development (IHPD), Thailand Productivity Institute (FTPI), and the Human Resource Development Faculty from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). The award aims to promote and encourage effective management and human resource development in government and public organisations, ultimately driving sustainable business growth.
