On the occasion of The Thailander's stepping into its seventh year, a prominent bilingual media outlet in Thailand organised the Top Business Organisation 2023 awards ceremony to recognise 19 leading organisations in Thailand.
The event aimed to showcase the success of private sector organisations in contributing to Thailand's economic strength. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Sanan Angubolkul, Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand, at the Hyatt Erawan Hotel.
Mrs. Amornsiri Boonyasit, the Editor-in-Chief of The Thailander's, mentioned that the selection process involved studying, researching, and surveying the opinions of 1,000 readers to identify organisations that excel in societal contributions, reputation, and business success, especially those that play a crucial role in driving Thailand's economy.
The presentation of The Thailander's Top Business Organisation 2023 award becomes a key indicator of business success, generating a positive social impact by fostering increased business networking, investments, and corporate performance. The Thailander's envisions playing a vital role alongside government sectors and modern private enterprises, serving as a conduit for quality media. Together, they aim to propel Thailand towards economic strength, fostering stable, robust, and sustainable economic advancement in alignment with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals reflect the Three Pillars of Sustainability, encompassing social, economic, and environmental aspects in Thailand.
The Thailander's initiated the prestigious annual awards ceremony, 'The Thailander's Top Business Organisation,' in 2019. The success of this initiative has led to its continuation for the fourth year. The Thailander's pledges to maintain this tradition, working collaboratively with top business organisations, both Thai and international.
