Bangkok, Thailand, 28 Feb, 2024 – JustCo's inaugural Future of Work Forum, held at their newly launched One City Centre premises in Bangkok, gathered business leaders and industry experts to explore futureproof hybrid work solutions. The informative forum offered key insights on implementing effective flexible hybrid models catering to the needs of all generations of professionals and the importance of designing offices for employee well-being. Business leaders and industry experts also deep-dived into the crucial role of workspace design in fostering employee engagement and wellness.

The JustCo Future of Work Forum explored the pertinent issues in the hybrid work era, sustainable solutions that could better equip the future workforce and the importance. The first panel of the forum, "Bridging the Gap: Gen Z, Technology, and the Rise of Hybrid Work," delved into how businesses can seamlessly integrate the preferences and needs of younger generations into flexible working models. Industry leaders, comprising Joy Lertpitakkit, Vice President and Head of JustCo Thailand, Chikit Cheong, CEO of FastWork, Stuart Jay Raj, Managing Director (Thailand) at NFQ, and Chutipat Tangkusonchit, CEO of Gadgetstory Co., Ltd., discussed the need to leverage technology and workspace design to foster collaboration and build engaging work environments that connect workers of all generations.
