B. Braun Thailand and Namwiwat Medical Corp. PCL. signed an MoU to jointly establish a cutting-edge learning centre dubbed "One Together: For Safety in Medical Device Reprocessing." This groundbreaking initiative aims at advancing medical device sterilization and reprocessing for healthcare professionals.

In a significant step forward for disinfection and sterility practices in the healthcare sector, B. Braun (Thailand) Limited, a globally recognised medical technology company from Germany, has formalised a partnership with Namwiwat Medical Corp. PCL, an importer and manufacturer of medical tools and equipment for cleaning and disinfecting medical equipment, have signed an MoU, underscoring a shared commitment to uphold and enhance public health standards. The partnership between B. Braun Thailand and Namwiwat is set to create a specialised learning centre dedicated to sterile reprocessing. By establishing this centre with a focus on essential practices such as handling surgical instruments and sterile packaging of medical equipment, it aims to elevate the standards of disinfecting control and sterility within hospitals and medical sectors. This initiative reflects the dedication of both companies to improving healthcare outcomes through education and adherence to rigorous health standards.

The signing ceremony was led by Mr. Sayan Roy, Managing Director of B. Braun (Thailand) Ltd., alongside Mr. Viroj Chaiturdkiet, Chief Executive Officer of Namwiwat Medical Corp. PCL. This marks a strong collaboration between the business organisations, underscoring their dedication to enhancing educational activities through effective training workshops, co-operated by Aesculap Academy, the world-renowned training and education arm of B. Braun, aimed at sharing expertise alongside Nam Academy. The inauguration of this learning centre represents a pivotal development, creating a forum for the exchange of insights and experiences, as well as the augmentation of skills and competencies in the realm of sterile medical reprocessing, to align with global standards.

After the signing ceremony, there was a panel discussion on the topic "One Together: For Safety in Medical Device Reprocessing," led by Ms. Nanthipha Sirijindadirat, President of the Central Sterilizing Services Association of Thailand; Ms. Siriporn Rattanalert, President of the Endoscopy Nurse Society (Thailand); Ms. Kanokkarn Kham-Orn, Head of Commercial Excellence at B. Braun (Thailand) Ltd. and Mr. Viroj Chaiturdkiet, CEO of Namwiwat Medical Corp. PCL. Together, they shared their visions and perspectives on innovative learning activities related to sterile reprocessing.

Following the distinguished speakers, Mr. Suwit Waenkate (Product Manager and Advisor of Nam Academy) took the stage to impart his wisdom on a pressing topic in the medical field: "Global Preparedness for Medical Device Reprocessing: A Collaborative Approach." Ms. Maliwan Kritiyutanon (Independent Scholar) then captivated attendees with her insights on the topic "Through professional collaboration for medical device management more patient safety and efficiency." This pivotal event marked an exceptional opportunity to enrich the knowledge and skills of over 60 public health professionals, fostering a collaborative environment dedicated to advancing healthcare standards.
