Mr. Vichai Kulsomphob (seated 3rd left), Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chairman of Saha Pathana Inter-Holding PLC (SPI), signed an MOU with Mr. Xiaobo Li (seated 2nd left), Chief Executive Officer of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) PLC, or ICBC (Thai), a subsidiary of ICBC, the largest commercial bank in China. The ceremony at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Center (BITEC) was presided over by Mr. Boonsithi Chokwatana, Chairman of Saha Group, and Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SPI, as honorable witnesses.
The objectives of this MOU are to strengthen the relationship between the Bank and SPI, promote Sino-Thai relations, conduct a feasibility study for developing property projects for Chinese investors, open opportunities for investment from China and Hong Kong, and facilitate the exchange of valuable information between the two parties.
