Central Restaurants Group, a leader in Thailand's large-scale restaurant industry, has been awarded the "Organisation Contributing to the Welfare of People with Disabilities" at a ceremony recognising individuals and organisations that benefit society. The event was organised by the Social Development and Children, Youth, Women, Elderly, Disabled, and Underprivileged Commission of the Senate. Ms. Jaruwan Ngampisutpaisan, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, accepted the certificate of honour on behalf of the company.
The ceremony aimed to recognise and honour organisations that contribute to society, serving as models for those prioritising the promotion, support, and empowerment of people with disabilities, as well as individuals dedicated to social welfare. It also sought to promote and disseminate examples of outstanding contributions across various sectors of society.
This award is a testament to CRG’s commitment to being a socially responsible organisation, focused on providing opportunities and fostering equality by creating jobs and sustainably developing the potential of people with disabilities. CRG believes in the abilities of individuals with disabilities to overcome physical limitations with determination, allowing them to live with happiness, dignity, and equality in society.
