Central Pattana Plc (CPN) recently held travel and lifestyle fairs at its shopping centres across the country, partnering with 450 entrepreneurs from across the tourism and travel sectors in the process.

The “Thailand Travel & Lifestyle Fair 2021” took place in major tourist destinations such as CentralWorld, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Pattaya, Phuket, Koh Samui, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Hat Yai and Salaya.

The campaign generated sales of over 150 million baht, led by “Dream Vacations & Travel Fair 2021” held at CentralWorld.

Over the course of 10 days, the CentralWorld event generated sales of more than 100 million baht.

“Central Pattana is pleased with the excellent feedback from the fairs, which were a huge success, especially at CentralWorld,” said Nattakit Tangpoonsinthana, executive vice-president of marketing for CPN.

“In just 10 days, the event was able to generate sales of more than 100 million baht for the tourism sector, which is a testament to its success.

“The successful formula consisted of bargain prices and being at the right place at the right time. CentralWorld is a strategic location in the heart of the city with convenient transport and an abundance of parking space. Customers could visit multiple booths to browse and buy their travel packages, then afterwards take their families for a great meal as well as enjoy shopping.”

CPN also invested 180 million baht for its summer campaign “Central Summer Plays”, which is running from March 19 until May 4 in response to the government’s economic stimulus.

Promotions from participating credit cards offer cashback of up to 13% or cash vouchers worth up to 1,000 baht.
