Hard Rock Pattaya is bringing back its famous contest for aspiring dancers of any age and nationality to show off their moves to vie for prizes worth more than 100,000 baht.
The “Step-Up Dance ‘14: The Freestyle Prize and Battle” competition will take place at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya on March 15.
Held in collaboration with Boss Studio Dance, the "Step-Up Dance '14: The Freestyle Prize and Battle" competition comes with three categories a one-on-one popping dance, a two-on-two freestyle dance, and a team performance comprising two to seven members. The dance style can be anything, from break-dance, body popping, jazz, contemporary, Latin, samba, salsa or any others.
Prizes for the solo, duo or teams categories include cash and gifts worth 12,300, 19,400 and 68,500 baht, respectively, plus trophies.
Winners will also be appointed ambassadors of Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. They will be spreading the spirit of rock in all initiatives the hotel will host throughout the year such as Founder's Day, Songkran and Wan Lai celebrations, the hotel and cafe's anniversary celebrations, charity events, the Ms Hard Rock Pattaya competition, and many more.
The final round will take place on March 15.
Applications should be made via the hotel's Facebook page, or in person until March 15 for the first two categories and until March 5 for the team category.
