The Swiss brand has taken haute horlogerie to the next level with the Récital 26 Brainstorm series, whose name refers to how its micro-engineers, dial-makers, watchmakers and artisans come together as a team for the creation of exceptional timepieces.

Watching the Sun at the zenith from the castle, Raffy was inspired by the beauty of nature and the positive energy, which led to the creation of the Récital 26 Brainstorm Chapter Two Sunshine, available in only seven pieces.

The model features a fully hand-engraved movement, housed in a mono block sapphire "writing slope" case, designed to offer transparency in showing the movement from every angle while optimising volume, which simultaneously increases functionalities, chronometry, reliability and readability.
Hand-coated with a green Super-LumiNova, the yellow dome-shaped dial at 12 o'clock accumulates light from the Sun, transforming it into a vibrant green dial at dusk. The green colour not only enhances readability at night, it also adds an unexpected appearance to this exceptional timepiece.
The model features a patented double-face flying tourbillon, a patented radial guidance system, a three-dimensional moon phase with five days of power reserve, and a patented three- dimensional V-shaped needle that allows wearers to display the time zone of their choice.
The vibrant yellow dial displays the hours and minutes of local time.
The second time zone is displayed at another dome, located at 3 o'clock, with the names of 24 cities printed on its rotating part. Also displayed by a rotating dome, the moon phase indicator is positioned at 9 o'clock.
Matched with a yellow rubber strap, this limited-edition is the sister model of the Récital 26 Brainstorm Chapter Two, whose ingenuity made Bovet 1822 a winner of the Mechanical Exception Award at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG 2020).
