Good news for foodies with a passion for authentic Italian flavours. The "Falling In Love Italiano" festival is bringing an array of exclusive products imported from Italy to every Central Food Hall, until March 2.

A collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), this is a rare chance to enjoy the most unrivalled flavours sourced from Italy and purchase authentic Italian products to get a feeling of shopping in Italy.

Among the highlights are the naturally sweet and crunchy Story Apple, which is grown and harvested in orchards in Unesco's Mont-Viso Reserve in the pristine Italian Alps; Majani Scorza chocolate, the first solid-shaped chocolate produced in Italy in 1832; and Domori dragées chocolate featuring sour cherries covered with a dark chocolate shell and the finest cocoa powder.

Home cooks will love a decadent selection of premium ingredients such as Golfera salami with organic fennel seeds; Golfera DolceMagro Salami 50% Fats Gluten-Free; Golfera Prosciutto Cotto with Truffle (cooked ham with black truffles); Tartufi Jimmy Dried Summer Truffle; and Giovanna Pavarotti Balsamic Vinegar Platino.

There is also a tempting selection of ready-to-eat treats, including instant risotto, while Central Eatery offers freshly cooked dishes prepared by Central Food Hall chefs, such as beef braciole, calamari piselli and chicken Florentine.

Also available are freshly baked goods like ciabatta and biscotti as well as many flavours of gelato.

Up to 35% discounts are offered and every 500 baht spent on participating products will entitle you to a 50 baht gift voucher at every Central Food Hall and Tops online.
