Nothing can stop foodies from hunting for delicious dishes and three selected branches of The Mall shopping centre will become their favourite destinations as "The Mall Summer Wonderfood" kicks off at the Bang Kapi branch from today to May 5.
Held under strict safety and health measures at the Grand Hall on the ground floor, this summer food festival will gather more than 140 famous food shops and restaurants including street vendors and food trucks that will bring a variety of savoury and sweet dishes to please your palate.
This is an opportunity to indulge in yummy croissants by Penny The Chef that are popular on social media; Kanazawa curry and rice served on a giant plate by Gold Curry; and homemade ice cream made from local flowers such as butterfly pea, ixora, rose, lotus and torch ginger by Srimala.
Also expect to try signature dishes from legendary shops including sweet sticky rice with mango by Mae Varee Fruit Shop; Thai dessert with shaved ice by Ni-Ang Nam Kaeng Sai Ice-cream; and khanom bueang or crispy Thai crepe by Sarinthip.
The weeklong festival will move to The Mall Bangkae on Phetkasem Road from May 6 to 12 and then The Mall Korat in Nakhon Ratchasima from May 13 to 19.
