The Market Hall on the ground floor of Paragon has been transformed into an ultimate food paradise for "Trendy Foodie By Thanudchim", which is running until Dec 21.

A collaboration by Gourmet Eats Paragon and the popular food blog page, Thanudchim, this is the fourth edition of the food market held under the "Snap & Eat" theme to bring more than 100 signature dishes from 23 popular cafes and restaurants recommended by the food blog.

Among the savoury and flavourful dishes are Northern beef with rice and fried pickled egg and pickled egg from Neua.Neur.BKK that uses ingredients from Chiang Rai; pad Thai from Padthai Khun Chu; pork belly stir-fried with salt and chilli and pork in lime from Baan Progressive Thai Cuisine; and crab meat pesto calabrese with pink pesto from Mad Sugar x Pasta that serves freshly made authentic Italian pasta using premium ingredients free from additives.

Offering Japanese dishes with a twist are Teyaki, which presents tako senbei made from a whole squid pressed with special batter and served with special secret sauce; and Fatties, which combines Japanese flavours with Mexican cuisine for its sushi taco.

Waiting to please those with a sweet tooth are American-style soft cookies made from premium grade ingredients from Evie's Cookies; cheeseburger crepe and truffle crepe from Oum's Great Crepe; shonut, a blend of doughnut and shokupan (milk bread) with a variety of toppings and fillings, from Huus Of Bread; as well as traditional Thai sweets made from authentic palace recipes from Chada Tea Boutique.

The other shops offering trendy eats at the market include Remy's, Zapponfai, Katok Katak Fried Chicken, Overseoul, Krapow Boran, Pure Scoop Ice Cream, Scene Bangkok, Chubby Cheeks, Ik's Bingsu, Choco.Project, Cha Bar BKK, 35Have Cold-pressed Juice, and Hoi Jor Pu Mae Wanna.
