To decode B.zero1, B stands Bulgari, zero for the new millennium and number 1 for infinite beginnings.

In 1999, Bulgari launched an iconic ring to welcome 2000. A new reinterpretation for 2022 features wave-shaped diamond décor -- a metaphor for momentum towards opportunities, personal growth and positive change.

The original design was inspired by Rome's magnificent Colosseum in its fluid, sculptural and unmistakably architectural forms. Over the years, its reinventions have featured a rose gold and steel ring by Indian-born British sculptor Anish Kapoor, who replaced the tubogas-inspired spiral with a concave band.

With bronze ceramic sandwiched between rose gold bands, B.zero1 Roma was released in 2014 to celebrate 130 years of the legendary Italian jewellery house.

A collaboration with the late Zaha Hadid -- one of the greatest women of all time in architecture and winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2004 -- resulted in the B.zero1 Design Legend ring, which marries Bulgari's bold, geometric style with fluid design language.

Available in a three-band version in 18 karat yellow, rose or white gold, the new B.zero1 ring features a sparkling diamond-set wave embracing the distinctive central spiral on both ends, which add a note of sophistication to the timeless design.

The endless spiral is a reminder that it's always a good moment to blaze one's own trail because behind every turn there is an opportunity and a new chapter to be written.
