Halloween is soon upon us. Here are a few celebration choices, ranging from family-friendly to frighteningly delicious feasts.

It feels good to be bad At The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon 

It’s all treats and no tricks at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon at its special Halloween edition of Not Your Standard Bingo night. Taking place on Oct 29 at The Parlor, the Halloween edition bingo will feature parlour games, tarot reading and special prizes for the best Halloween costumes. 

Mac Cosmetics will set up shop starting from 8pm with professional make-up artists transforming skins into a ghostly pallor or adding strategically placed gashes to bring everyone’s Halloween costumes to life. The most bone-chilling outfits stand to win exciting prizes, including overnight stays at The Standard, Bangkok Mahanakhon and dining vouchers, so going big is highly encouraged.   

A tarot-reading session, for those not afraid of peering into the future, will take place at Tease between 8-10pm, while the main event — the game of spooky bingo — will kick off at 9pm once all the bloody, ghostly and ghastly characters have assembled. With Patcha as the night’s caller and host, guests can expect a slasher of a game.

Enjoy a spooky run With your pet at Sansiri Krungthep Kreetha Community

Sansiri is treating lovers of our faithful four-legged friends to a special Halloween activity. For the first time, the company is organising the first edition of ‘Spooky Run, Fun Community’, a pet-friendly mini marathon with lots of trick-or-treat surprises and prizes. Enjoy Sansiri Krungthep Kreetha Community’s Halloween event on Oct 30 from 4-7pm.

Bring the boo’s to Above Eleven at Fraser Suites on Sukhumvit 11 on Oct 29. The ‘Trick Or Treat Halloween’ party begins at 6pm, so grab some friends, dress in your scariest attire and get ready for a frighteningly sexy night of groovy beats by DJ Rory.

Join the wild spooky rumpus at theCommons’ BeWitching Parade

The BeWitching Parade will take place on Oct 29 at theCommons Saladaeng from 10am-5pm and at theCommons Thonglor on Oct 30 from 10am-5pm. Both parades will be co-hosted by the sister brand, Little Pea, which invites kids to be a part of the ‘Spooky Wild Rumpus: BeWitching Parade’. Entry is free so dress to distress in your wickedest costume.

Halloween meets FarmVille at Sansiri Backyard

Sansiri Backyard is getting spooky with  friendly farm animals in at 'Halloween Farm Hopping at Sansiri Backyard' from Oct 29-31 at T77 Community. These cute animals will be lurking among the trees in a trick-or-treat style in the natural surroundings of T77 Community. The venue is a green residential community designed for sustainable living and spread over 20 rai. Curated by Chul Farm, Little Big Wings, Rong Sabiang restaurant and Pongyo shop, the three-day event features a range of fun-filled events designed to inspire and entertain children from 9am-8pm.
