More than the latest fashion, the renovated H&M store is now a vibrant lifestyle destination located on Siam Paragon's 1st and 2nd floors.

The 3,312m² retail space accommodates the clothing and accessories store, the third H&M Home concept store in Thailand as well as H&M Podcast Studio and D'ARK Café.

Customers can contact H&M for conditions and reservations without charge to use the podcast studio, which welcomes people to share fresh ideas, record music or livestream a session.

Engaging with customers, tech solutions further enhance the retail experience.

First, get your digital avatar and download an app for a futuristic fitting of clothing.

The Avatar Creator is powered by Berlin-based NeXR Technologies SE, whose body scanner enables the creation of a lifelike avatar of each customer with precise body measurements.

Transferred to the AvatarCloud app, the virtual avatar can try on H&M clothing with just a few clicks and even share it on social media.

The digital twin and virtual fitting ensure purchasing the right clothes in the right size, which in turn increases customer satisfaction and reduces product returns. Likewise, the Smart Mirror allows virtual try-on besides providing styling recommendations.

The Take Care Services includes alteration and repair services for jeans, trousers suits and blazers; monogram for fashion and home products; and customised printing on T-shirts and tote bags.

In addition, H&M Thailand has introduced a self-check-out for a maximum of 20 pieces for customers' convenience.
