Premium food and beverages are waiting to please your palates during the "Gourmet Foodie Fest 2023: Alumni Market Season 2" which will take place at the Central Court, 6th floor of CentralWorld, Ratchadamri Road, daily from 10am to 9pm, starting tomorrow to Sunday.

After the successful debut market by Gourmet & Cuisine magazine in collaboration with Le Cordon Bleu Dusit four months ago, the second edition will bring a selection of 40 delicacy shops owned by the alumni of the French cooking school who are now famous chefs in Thailand and overseas.
Once again, foodies can expect to indulge in delicious pastries and baked items of different styles and a variety of savoury dishes, sweet delights and popular drinks -- all made from finest ingredients. They will be served on the same premises in a warm and cosy atmosphere.
Participating restaurants and shops include A Piece of Pie BKK, Three Bears Pastry, La Lune Macaron & Pastries, Burke & Boulangerie, Samatea Café, James Boulangerie, Khun Khae Crab Paste, Hoi Choi Pu Tha Lak by Chef Gis, K-zy Sweethery, Pao Lhao Kong, Fu Wong Chicken Rice Restaurant, Little Dough, and Warmly Pastry.
There will also be complimentary gourmet workshops open to interested foodies, as well as food demonstrations of various recipes, throughout the four days, and reservations can be made via Facebook: Gourmet & Cuisine.
The line-up includes a "Happy Halloween Night Mocktail" workshop, a "Vampire Kiss Mocktail" workshop, a cake pop workshop, a fruit cocktail with lemon soda workshop, and a wine tasting by Monsoon Valley Vineyard.
Prepare to witness many cooking shows and get recipes for vanilla choux cream, ham cheese croissant, Japanese fruit sandwich, mini hotdog with halloumi cheese, red velvet cake and healthy Thai savoury tartlets.
The festival will also present premium products perfect as gifts and popular items suitable for festive parties.
