Premium quality products from around the world will be presented during the 68th YWCA Diplomatic Charity Bazaar at CentralWorld, Ratchadamri Road, from this Thursday to Sunday.

Organised by the YWCA in collaboration with the spouses of ambassadors accredited in Thailand, this is the largest international gift and merchandise festival at the year's end which will offer special prices on international products from more than 40 countries at 200 booths.

Among the highlights will be butter, baked items and dietary supplements from Australia; Manuka honey, beef and lamb from New Zealand; bags and napkin sets from Armenia; snow lotus cream from China; silk-based skincare products, healthy snacks and shoes from Japan; and skincare, ginseng products and instant noodles from South Korea.

Expect to browse through chocolate, cocoa powder and jewellery from Belgium; cheese, baked goods, perfumes and skincare products from France; sausages, confectionery and leather bags from Germany; olive oil, pizza flour and chips and dipping sauces from Italy; skincare products, cookies and shoes from Spain; argan oil and skincare products from Morocco; and granola protein and healthy cereal bars from Poland.

Other selections will be coffee beans from Brazil; fresh and dried fruit, nuts, salmon, black cod and abalone from Chile; handicrafts, chips and sauces from Mexico; coffee beans and macadamia nuts from Kenya; scarves, shawls and Himalayan singing bowls from Nepal; spices and tea from Sri Lanka; Evil Eye jewellery from Turkey; fruit, ceramic products and scarves from Iran; tea and dried beef from South Africa; scarves and iconic souvenir dolls from Russia; and beef, snacks and tableware from the US.

For the first time, the festival will bring international cuisine as 16 restaurants from Germany, South Africa, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and the Philippines as well as Thailand will be serving their best dishes at the Eden Zone, 3rd floor.

Also available will be cloth tote bags with exquisite patterns designed by artist Somnuek Klangnok, aka Teacher Pan.

Proceeds will go to support children, women and the underprivileged.
