This is the latest tarot pop-up store from elusive feline masterminds by Stray Cat Studio. It will present the visionary works of Kanitsart Semanopparat, who spent over four years crafting his inaugural tarot deck that was all about cats.
He took inspiration from his personal affinity for drawing animals, especially cats. Named Stray Cat Tarot, the deck is his masterpiece and embodies unique artistry and distinctive patterns. This name has become the identity for his studio as well.
The deck gained immense popularity in Thailand and internationally, serving as a catalyst for the artist to design a second deck featuring rabbits, titled "Lunalapin". This deck has also garnered significant acclaim, with supporters spanning 30 countries worldwide.
This New Year is an opportunity to delve into the enigmatic world of divination with the Stray Cat Tarot series, adorned with artful engravings and distinctive lines, the hallmark of Stray Cat Studio.
The studio's pop-up store will be running at the Gallery Shop on the 1st floor of River City Bangkok, Charoen Krung 24. There will be exciting activities throughout the month-long duration including the grand opening on Saturday where the artist will be giving autographs starting from 2pm.
