A collection of inspiring artworks that bring to light societal and environmental issues are showcased during "Robinson: The Cosmos Within The Women's Lens" on the 2nd floor of Robinson Department Store Chiang Rai, until Jan 31.

Held under the concept of "The Open World", the exhibition presents art through various formats by eight talented Thai female artists from Bangkok and Chiang Rai.

They are Kawita Vatanajyankur, Chanida Aroonrungsi, Pannaphan Yodmanee, Thidarat Chantachua, Patthamaporn Aunhanandana, Pattree Chimnok, Potjawan Panjinda and Tananan Jaisawang.

Shoppers are invited to immerse themselves in the rich inspirations and stories behind the works that reflect contemporary societal and environmental narratives through diverse painting techniques and presentation technologies, including interactive virtual reality.

Through the eyes of the female artists, the exhibition explores the historical and futuristic possibilities of the human mind and bodies coexisting within the connected times.

By using the artistic language of painting, sculpture, photography and digital media, the artists seek for the unwritten truth hidden within the physical, metaphysical and digital worlds.

The exhibition is part of the "Thailand Biennale Chiang Rai Collateral Exhibition" held to promote tourism in the province.
