ATELIER: Xmas Eve dinner buffet features roasted turkey, duck, lamb shoulder, cherry chestnuts duck terrine, gingerbread dust foie gras, quince seared sea scallop balsamic garlic clove shot, lobster bisque shooter, Xmas pudding, fruitcake and ham alongside Western and Asian dishes. Santa will make his rounds to everyone!
6:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Bt2,250++ Children Bt1,100++ (aged 6-10 years). Children under 6 eat free (incl. sparkling, house wines, beers, juices and soft drinks)
TAPAS Y VINO, SPANISH RESTAURANT: 5-course dinner prepared by Chef Joan Tanya Dot featuring Xmas specialties from Spain and sumptuous dessert: Fine de Claire oysters with Bloody Mary cocktail, Duck ham carpaccio with goat cheese cream and rocket salad, Prawn and monkfish cannelloni with creamy ceps rice, Baked suckling lamb rack with vegetables Mallorca style and Chocolate soufflé with coconut ice cream. 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. ATELIER & TAPAS Y VINO: Dig into a a tasty brunch buffet that includes holiday favourites. Think seared sea scallop balsamic garlic clove shot,
King crab vegetarian caviar crepe and wasabi cream, dill-marinated tuna black pepper marinated salmon
skewer, roasted turkey, duck, lamb shoulder, Xmas log cake, cookies and stolen, chocolate fountain, black and white cheesecake raspberry opera rock, macaroons and much more. Santa will drop in with treats for the young ones. 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm
