Leicester City pay their respects to mark the first anniversary of a helicopter crash which claimed five lives including the club's chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha before the match on Saturday.

Fans, players and referees observe a minute's silence in memory of Vichai at the King Power Stadium before the match against Burnley.

Leicester came from behind to beat Burnley 2-1 and moved to third after Liverpool and Manchester City.

"Your always in our hearts boss. 3 points that we had to fight for today when not at our best just how you wanted us to play," James Maddison tweeted with the #LCFCfamily hashtag. "Grit, fight and that never say die attitude. Hope we’re doing you proud Vichai."

"A very emotional game with a great result. Thank you for all your support!," Christian Fuchs tweeted.

Vichai was among three Thais and two foreigners killed when his helicopter crashed and burst into flames outside the stadium on Oct 27 last year.

Aiyawatt vowed to carry on his late father's "vision and dreams" after he took over the club from him after the crash.
