A foreign passenger was killed and another one seriously injured when a small plane crashed into a paddy field in Bang Lamung district, Chon Buri, on Saturday morning.
The crash site was behind a car tyre repair shop, located in the middle of the field near Wat Huai Yai in tambon Huai Yai, said police who were reported about 8.30am.
One foreign national was killed in the incident, while another, also a foreign national, sustained serious injuries and was sent to a hospital.
Their identities were not immediately disclosed.
Police were investigating.
