The “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020” takes into account employee’s opinions on the company across many aspects as criteria in granting the award. Results demonstrated that Takeda Thailand led in several significant categories, including creativity in working strategy, company culture and ethics, determination and motivation of the staff, sense of participation and public consciousness. The aforementioned are considered as a reflection of the company’s working culture and positive attitude of employees towards the company and the working environment.

Currently, Takeda Thailand employs 250 personnel. The granting of the said award took place for the second time in Thailand. With 168 companies from 20 industries entering the competition, only 38 qualified for the award, Takeda Thailand being one of the companies from the pharmaceutical and medical equipment industry. The company has also received the Top Employer status by the Top Employers Institute for four consecutive years at the national and regional Asia Pacific level, for outstanding offerings in employee development.
