Students resumed their pro-democracy rallies nationwide after the Covid-19 outbreak eased in July 2020. They have "three demands, two conditions and one dream". They want an end to intimidation of people, a rewrite of the constitution and the dissolution of the House so a fresh election can be held under a new charter. They also do not accept more coups or a national unity government. Their one dream is that the sovereignty belongs to people.
