Lovers of indie music, arts and crafts can't miss this! The "Leo Presents MAD X-hibition" will feature a concert, an art show and a craft market at Lhong 1919 from Thursday to Sunday, from 3pm until 11.30pm.
Held for the first time by MAD Project, the four-day festival will conclude the year with a three-in-one experience where visitors can come relax in a cosy atmosphere by the Chao Phraya River and find inspiration at three special zones.
The first zone is the "Lookback X-hibition Presented By Singha Corporation" which will immerse everyone with meaningful songs performed by five artists and allow listeners to enjoy the stories behind each song portrayed through paintings by emerging illustrators.
The five singers and illustrators who have collaborated for this event are Whal & Dolph and Goodmood.ETC; Mints and Kanithrin; Earth Patravee and Give.me.museums; Moving & Cut and Manasawii; and Safeplanet and You_Make_Me_Mass.
Meanwhile, the concert zone will bring together more than 60 artists to perform on two stages. Located by the river, the "Wave Stage" is the place to chill out with music performed by six different acts on each day from 5pm onwards.
The "Warehouse Stage", set in a large warehouse, will present shows equipped with a light and sound system performed by six different acts on Thursday and Friday at 6pm and seven acts on Saturday and Sunday at 7pm.
The last zone is reserved for an arts and crafts market where more than 50 booths will offer a variety of craft products.
Admission to the festival is free of charge, except the concerts at the "Warehouse Stage" which is offering a one-day pass at 250 baht (500 baht for 4 days). Tickets can be purchased from 7-Eleven and via allticket.com/event/MADXhibition. Lhong 1919 is on Chiang Mai Road, Khlong San.
