To celebrate the upcoming festive season, Gourmet Market is presenting a variety of hampers and gift baskets under the "Blissful Hampers 2021" campaign at all branches of Gourmet Market and Home Fresh Mart until Jan 15 next year.

Running under the "San Khwam Sook (Weaving Happiness)" concept, this year's campaign features a special collection of hampers created by basketry communities in six provinces that are helping provide a means of sustainable income to local craftspeople.

They are the Chawawad Water Hyacinth Handicraft Group in Phayao, the Bang Chao Cha Wickerwork Group in Ang Thong, a bamboo and rattan weaving group in Chiang Mai, the Varni Handicraft Group in Phatthalung, the Ban Huai Luk Krajood Weaving Community Enterprise in Surat Thani, and the Ban Hua Wiang Wickerwork Group in Ayutthaya.

Their wicker baskets, made from natural materials with designs unique to each locality, are used as containers with a variety of options to choose from.

The "Thai Select" hampers hold quality local items from across the country as well as Thai-branded goods in weaved hampers; the "Healthy & Hearty" hampers feature a variety of healthy products, including fresh fruits and vegetables from the best sources; the "Gourmet Thai" hampers consist of premium souvenirs from across the country under the 'Gourmet Thai' brand; and "Grocery" hampers boast premium goods from around the world.

For those wishing to customise hampers in their own style, expert staff at the Gift & Wrap Service are on hand to offer advice and prepare hampers.

Also available for basket decoration are an exclusive collection of printed scarves with designs inspired by basket weaving communities, handmade fans made from sugar palm leaf by the Pad Bai Tan Community Enterprise in Buri Ram, and fresh flower bouquet.

There is also a special service to paint initials on hampers every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 7pm throughout this month. The service is available only at Gourmet Market The Mall Ngamwongwan, Emporium, EmQuartier and Paragon.
