The gift of health

The Ramathibodi Foundation has unveiled its new collection of charitable memorabilia, featuring renowned Peanuts characters Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy, Sally, Linus and Woodstock.

Available from the collection are a wide variety of products, including adult and children T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, clutch bags, foldable polyester tote bags, temperature storage bags, canvas bags, towels, pillows, blankets, umbrellas, lunch boxes and many more. Prices start at 59 baht.

Created by former American cartoonist and military veteran Charles M Schulz, Peanuts was first published as a comic strip in Sunday editions of American newspapers in 1950, however, later it became one of the most popular and most influential comics in the US and around the world.

Proceeds from the Peanuts x @ramafoundation memorabilia collection will be used to help purchase medical equipment and help impoverished patients through the Ramathibodi Foundation's projects. Apart from the Peanuts collection, the foundation is also offering other memorabilia items designed by various artists.

Improving occupational skills

Phufa Shop is welcoming the Year of the Ox by launching its special New Year collection. All items from the collection feature a drawing of an adorable ox created by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

The collection features polo shirts available in various colours (380 baht) and T-shirts (220 baht). Saving children

The Foundation for Children is launching various charitable memorabilia, which make perfect gifts and souvenirs this festive season.

Among the highlights is the 2021 Tale Diary titled "The Truthful Tree", which is priced at 60 baht (not including delivery fee). The diary can also be purchased at a special price of 50 baht for those who wish to buy them for donation to help impoverished children.

Other merchandise includes a triangle-shaped coin purse (16 baht), cardholders (19 baht) and notebook sets (199 baht). Notepads are also available at only 12 baht each.

Pat Pat shop by the Chaipattana Foundation is offering special promotions on their products to help Thai agriculturists overcome difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Providing education opportunities

To continue helping children in need of education to overcome adversity amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the Bangkok Post Foundation has unveiled a charity bag priced at 100 baht. Not only will the tote bag help with the world's global warming crisis but buying one can also help improve the livelihood of impoverished children nationwide.

Founded in 1982, the Bangkok Post Foundation provides education scholarships to around 300 needy Thai students across the country.

Unicef invites everyone to help save and protect children in need in Thailand and around the world through the "Box Of Life" campaign.

For millions of children around the world, the most important present this holiday season is getting an opportunity in life. Unicef invites everyone to help children have access to safe drinking water, better nutrition, quality education and healthcare as well clothing to stay warm during winter. You can help by donating through the "Box Of Life" campaign in which each box costs 750 baht or you can specify your donation. Assisting Covid-19 victims

Socialgiver, an online platform where proceeds from your hotel, restaurant, or activity booking go to charitable organisations, is offering various accommodation packages in Thailand as the perfect getaway gift, especially with Covid-19 barring travel enthusiasts from going abroad.

For example, Deevana Plaza Krabi Aonang is offering a 57% discount for a two-night package in a contemporary low-rise close to Aonang and Noppharat Thara beaches in Phuket. The package costs 4,249 baht (originally 9,970 baht).

Supporting impoverished children

To improve the livelihood of children and youth nationwide, the CCF Foundation under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn is launching its "Happiness Catalogue", allowing kind-hearted people to help make a difference in the lives of impoverished kids.

Items in the catalogue are categorised into four groups: Education, health, community and conservation. For example, in the education group, donors can choose to purchase school uniforms, shoes and bags worth 1,500 baht or a stationery set worth 600 baht.

In the health section, donors are welcome to donate 700 baht for the purchase of blankets for children in remote areas to use this winter, 1,000 baht for a "Covid Take Care" set or 3,750 baht for 200 school lunches for one student throughout the entire academic term.

Helping man's best friends

A wide variety of souvenirs are now available at the Home For Handicapped Animals Foundation's website. These souvenirs will certainly make perfect presents, especially for cat and dog lovers.

There are over 100 items available and the proceeds will go to support the foundation. Among the highlights are bags in various styles and shapes. All items feature adorable dog and cat prints. Prices range from 69 to 219 baht.
