Roasted Maine lobster tail with Isigny butter and port sauce.

A specially-crafted six-course fine dining dinner is offered on New Year's Eve at Red Sky rooftop restaurant, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.

Prepared with premium imported ingredients from around the world, the gala menu showcases French culinary finesse by the restaurant's French chef de cuisine Christian Ham.

Featured dishes include Oscietra caviar with deep-fried poached organic egg, Balik salmon and crème fraîche; poppy seed-crusted pan-seared foie gras with cocoa-XO sauce, red wine poached pear and Sarawak pepper nougatine; Maine lobster tail roasted with Isigny butter and lobster pudding with "Homardine" sauce and fennel emulsion; a choice of Omi A4 Wagyu tenderloin with caramelised leek, truffle mashed potatoes and red wine sauce or glazed black cod with caramelised endives, Paris mushrooms, Champagne and French black winter truffle sauce; Pink Champagne Granité; and chocolate Concorde with cherry sorbet.

The dinner costs 7,555 baht per person inclusive of a glass of G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Brut Champagne. The first 15 guests booking the table will be treated to a one-night stay at the hotel.
