One of the Bee Gee's greatest hits asks: How can you mend a broken heart?

Swatch's answer to this question is, simply time.

Based in Biel, the Swiss watchmaker has released special editions, dedicated to broken-hearted people, who have got time on their side to heal.

Swatch has whimsically changed the sentiment for the day of love. Instead of the usual romantic messages, the Valentine's Day Editions reflect on heartbreak with a hint of sarcasm.

The Hate 2 Love model features a black dial displaying the lovelorn phrase "I hate to love you" but in the dark, the words "I love you" glow from the face of the watch with a black strap.

The name of the second timepiece is a playful pun in French: "pense moi" means think of me and "panse moi" refers to dress or bandage my wound.

The P(E/A)NSE-MOI model ablazes in red with the loop of the strap resembling a plaster while its back features a heart pattern.

The playful concept extends to the packaging, designed like a first aid box that comes with band-aids to peel and heal the cracks of a broken heart.

The 70s-inspired Beating Love and Beatpink watches appeal with rainbow-coloured lines that follow the wearer's pulse from the white strap to shape a heart on the dial.

People who don't have a date on this upcoming Valentine's Day can join Swatch in the premier of Elena Gabrielle's new live comedy show.

The Australian comedian, famed from her YouTube video How To Date A French Guy, will make even the most heartbroken crack up with laughter while watching the show, on Swatches IGTV and YouTube on Monday morning, at 2am Thai time.
