Reine de Naples Cœur boasts Breguet's inventive heart-shaped minute hand.

Unpretentious or prominent, hearts are pounding on romantic renditions of iconic timepieces that mark Valentine's Day.

After round and oval interpretations, Chopard has shaped the case of L'Heure du Diamant with the symbol of love.

The 1970s-inspired timepiece is characterised by its richly gem-set case. The new version is presented in an ethical rose gold case with a bezel entirely paved with brilliant-cut diamonds.

The hand-guilloché pink mother-of-pearl dial follows the silhouette of the case. The dainty watch is equipped with a manual winding mechanical movement, and matched with a burgundy leather strap.

Since 2001, Blancpain has celebrated the day of love with a special model for ladies. An interpretation of its Villeret Women Date, the Valentine's Day 2021 edition is inspired by how Cupid shoots an amorous arrow into the heart.

A crimson-red heart is pierced by the seconds hand that sweeps on a white mother-of-pearl dial. The openworked hour and minute hands accentuate the refinement of the red gold timepiece sparkling with a diamond-set chapter ring and bezel.

The sapphire crystal caseback reveals the finely-decorated self-winding movement providing a four-day power reserve.

Breguet invented a heart-shaped hand for the rose gold Reine de Naples Cœur. Protected by four patents, the minute hand is composed of two independent arms, capable of twisting thanks to an ingenious set of gears to create a heart that is extended at 12 o'clock and more rounded at 6 o'clock.

Equipped with an oval-shaped cam -- mirroring the watch's curves -- the mechanism allows each of these arms to move at different speeds.

Off-centre at 6 o'clock, the innovative hand moves over a sapphire-crystal dial, lacquered in white for a subtle translucent effect. Its tip, marked by a red heart, indicates the minutes on the hours chapter, punctuated by tiny hearts every five minutes.

The limited edition, powered by a mechanical self-winding movement, is accompanied by a red grained calfskin clutch that serves as its case.

Harry Winston Midnight Valentine's Dance Automatic 36mm is animated with an ensemble of dancing hearts.

A series of cabochon mother-of-pearl hearts in pink and different shades of red along with a sprinkling of precious gemstones seem to be dancing around the dial of Midnight Valentine's Dance Automatic 36mm that kicks off Harry Winston's Year of Love.

The background of the solid gold dial is covered with a dainty layer of white mother-of-pearl, with four concentric white gold circles emanating from the heart of the small seconds counter at 6 o'clock.

The mother-of-pearl heart is the epicentre of the spellbinding dance, whose tempo is incarnated by the continuous rotations of the small seconds hand.

In addition, the escalating circumference of the gold circles combined with the irregular position and size of the gemstones add a vigorous sensation of motion.

Housed in a diamond-set white gold case, the limited edition comes in a gift box decorated with pretty hearts.
