In a remodelled mansion, which dates back to the Rama V era, Brasserie 9's new culinary director chef Raphael Kinimo is offering French "authenticity in triplicate", with the restaurant being renamed Brasserie 9 Authentic French Cuisine on Sathon 6.
Holding the title of Maitre Cuisinier De France, a rare gift from the French government, chef Kinimo is ready to offer Bangkok "French cuisine with a modern twist, from bouillabaisse to our signature Entrecôte café de Paris and foie gras. Our wine experts will delight you with a range of liquors, naturally including the best of French and New World vintages."

Brasserie 9 Casual Dining provides typical brasserie fare and can seat up to 70 diners. The atmosphere is relaxed and the menu affordable. Le 9 Fine Dining is where gastronomes can indulge in the classics of French cuisine, including the signature dishes that the restaurant was known for. Though each night only 22 diners will get the pleasure of personalised service at Le 9 Fine Dining. The Brass is the fun bar, with its own mixologist, a happy hour and live music. Boutique B9 is the restaurant's take-away shop offering terrines, pates, cold cuts, cheeses, wines, housemade pastries and other delights.
"The setting invites you to linger over our extensive à la carte menu, which includes Steak flambé and Crêpes Suzettes cooked tableside. There is also an exquisite set dinner, where you can choose from three to seven courses, not to mention imaginative monthly specials," says the chef.
