After the successful launch of the "Wellness Festival" last year, The Peninsula Bangkok is enhancing its health and well-being initiative with the first edition of "Wellness Festival For 2023" from Friday to Sunday.

Held under the theme "The Art Of Consciousness" with the aim to maximise well-being and meditation, the three-day festival features an array of holistic wellness-related activities, classes and workshops designed by many acclaimed practitioners.

A variety of resources are presented to help guests pursue their fitness, mindfulness and nutritional goals. They can enjoy exercise with renowned fitness coaches, practice meditation guided by an esteemed mindfulness practitioner, or join healthy cooking classes.

The line-up includes an MMA workout class by Rika Ishige, Nutrition For Cognitive Performance by Alisa Nana, a run and tone workshop by Chonlachai Arnamnart, and a Zumba class by Chotinut Karamontreewong.

Other highlights are crystal sound therapy by Rannaphan Yungyuenpoonchai, aka Pat from Klear band; and EnqerQi Detox And Qigong For Emotional Healing by Thana Jindashotinun.

There will also be invigorating fitness and mindfulness classes such as singing bowl meditation, Sound Of Stillness class, Consciousness Art workshop, yoga, pilates, tennis and HIIT -- high-intensity interval training. The entry fee is 1,500 baht per day (entry to three sessions) and 2,500 baht for a three-day pass. A stay package in a deluxe room is priced at 16,000 baht for two days/one night and 25,000 baht for three days/two nights.
