Two recent events took place in the K-culture world. First, Battle Trip 2 was filmed in Thailand, and Hwang Min-hyun announced he will hold his first solo mini concert in Bangkok.

Battle Trip 2 In Thailand
Last week, Thai viewers were excited to see Bangkok's tourist attractions including Klong Ong Ang, Wat Arun, Muang Boran and Iconsiam in Episode 10 of Korean TV series King The Land on Netflix. Aside from King The Land, another interesting Korean TV show, Battle Trip 2 (Episode 32), was also filmed in Thailand.
In Battle Trip 2, Thai K-pop singers Nichkhun Horvejkul from 2PM and BamBam Kunpimook from GOT7 had to create a trip to impress viewers in a studio. At the end of the show, viewers would vote for the most impressive one. While Nichkhun took K-pop singer Baekho to Kanchanaburi by train, BamBam created a fun trip to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai for Yein from girl group Lovelyz.
In Kanchanaburi, Nichkhun and Baekho enjoyed paddling a canoe and visiting the beautiful Erawan Waterfall. BamBam and Yein had fun learning muay Thai in Chiang Mai and wandering around Wat Rong Khun or the White Temple in Chiang Rai. The highlight of Episode 32 is Thai food.

Hwang Min-hyun's First Solo Min Concert
Hwang Min-hyun debuted as a member of Nu'est in 2012. Last year, he decided to pursue an acting career and had a breakthrough role as Seo Yul in Netflix's TV series Alchemy Of Souls.
After releasing his debut solo album Truth Or Lie in February, Min-hyun will visit Thailand to meet his fans at "Hwang Minhyun Mini Concert Unveil In Bangkok" on Sept 2 at Indoor Stadium Huamark. The tickets cost 2,000, 3,500, 4,500, 5,500 and 6,500 baht and are now available at theconcert.com.
