The life of four seasoned artists are reflected through abstract artwork during "A Long Way", which is running at RCB Galleria 3, 2nd floor of River City Bangkok, Charoen Krung 24, until Jan 14.

Renowned for their profound artistic experiences, Gumsak Atipiboonsin, Opas Chotiphantawanon, Suttipan Suttichai and Thanachai Ujjin describe their journeys and emotions through the seasons of life on canvas, using their unique brushstrokes and emphasising distinctive colour structures.

Gumsak's signature lies in his vibrant palette, a canvas bursting with joy and exuberance. He believes that true abstraction allows viewers to delve into their innermost spirits, akin to the melody of a splendid musical composition.

Inspired by his journeys during and after the pandemic, Suttipan's recent works delve into nature and shine with vivid, expressive hues, interpreting nature's essence. He believes that whether in joy, sorrow or heartache, nature's beauty forever consoles and brings us happiness.

Opas is reputed for his surrealist paintings that narrate tales of the sea, vivid with colours and dynamic patterns as if he was a master photographer capturing the vast expanse of the sea on canvas. He has curated numerous memorable exhibitions, each of which stands as a testament to his creative evolution and artistic prowess.

Widely known as Pod ModernDog, Thanachai's canvas-based abstract creations are a whirlwind of unique identities, mirroring both the musician's soul and the artist's essence simultaneously. It's in the vibrant hues and the brushstrokes dancing with spirit, similar to his free-spirited movements on stage.

The four artists have also ventured into numerous fresh approaches, experimenting with paint on sculpture, a novel form of work akin to embarking on a new road filled with challenges.
