A Christmas treat is in store for ONE Championship fans.

A huge world title fight is set to light up Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok.

Thai phenom "The Queen" Phetjeeja will face off with French Algerian superstar Anissa Meksen for the ONE interim women's atomweight kickboxing world title at ONE Lumpinee 46 on Dec 22.

The winner of the blockbuster fight will meet the reigning women's atomweight kickboxing divisional queen, Janet Todd, in a world title unification bout next year.

Meksen has long been a dominant force in the female kickboxing world.

The 35-year-old holds a staggering 103-5 professional record, with an equally impressive seven Muay Thai and kickboxing world titles to her credit.

Meksen is unbeaten on the global stage with ONE so far.

"C18" has swept aside high-quality opponents such as Cristina Morales, Marie Ruumet, and Dangkongfah Banchamek since her promotional debut in 2021.

Now, she will look to add the biggest trophy of them all to her cabinet -- the ONE world title.

But to get her hands on the 26-pound gold belt, she'll have to get past a young superstar in red-hot form.

Phetjeeja has been utterly destructive in her ONE tenure so far.

No one has yet been able withstand the 21-year-old's punches, as she has dispatched all four of her opponents inside the distance.

Most recently, "The Queen" dominated ultra-tough Australian star Celest Hansen en route to a third-round stoppage at ONE Fight Night 15 last month, bringing her professional record to a jaw-dropping 206-6.

Phetjeeja found some fame at a young age for fighting boys as she rose up the ranks before becoming a WMC Muay Thai world champion at just 14 years old.

Meksen, however, will no doubt be her toughest test to date, as ONE looks to close out 2023 in style with what will be a monumental battle between two modern-day legends.
