Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) deepens its collaboration with DKSH Thailand with the new Built-to-Suit Distribution Center

• Built-to-suit (BTS) development for 11,000 sqm distribution center located in Frasers Property Logistics Center (Bangplee 2). • Scheduled for completion within Q3/2022, ambient and temperature-controlled warehouses to store food ingredients, cosmetic ingredients, pharmaceutical ingredients, and specialty chemicals, furthering DKSH’s position as a leading specialty chemicals and food distributor. • Project aiming to implement green building guideline with commitment to achieving LEED Certified level minimally.

The new BTS distribution center, expected for completion within the third quarter of 2022, will serve as DKSH’s Performance Materials Business Unit. Located in Frasers Property Logistics Center Bangplee 2, Bangna-Trad Km. 19, Samutprakarn, built on approximately 13 rai of land. It will offer a total gross floor area of 11,000 sqm of ambient and temperature-controlled warehouses to store food ingredients, cosmetic ingredients, pharmaceutical ingredients, and specialty chemicals. This facility will support DKSH’s capabilities to manage its entire supply chain, warehousing solutions and value-added services. With the facility’s strategic location in the prime logistics and distribution area at Bangplee, DKSH will be able to deliver products in a faster and more cost-effective manner to customers via its convenient access to Bangna-Trad Road, Suvarnabhumi Airport, and Laemchabang Port.

FPIT is integrating sustainability into various aspects of the industrial building – ranging from design, procurement, construction to operations comprising air quality control, water and energy efficiency design, use of low volatile organic compounds materials, smart lighting system, and solar panel installation.
