History of this shop:
1969: Neil's Tavern opened as "THE HOUSE OF BEST STEAK AND SEAFOOD", located in Siam Square in the heart of Bangkok. The restaurant is named in honour of an American astronaut, Neil Armstrong, the first man on the moon.
1978: Neil's Tavern moved to its current location in Soi Ruam Rudee, where it grew in size and fame.
1983: After five years in the new location, Neil's Tavern opened Bake Shoppe as "THE HOUSE OF THE BEST CAKES AND BAKED GOODS" housed separately to the restaurant.
Today: As it celebrates its 30th anniversary, Neil's Tavern Restaurant & Bake Shoppe today enjoys the reputation of being a Bangkok institution, serving customers with the best steaks, seafood and other delicious dishes in addition to exceptional desserts and bakery delicacies.
