The "Chat & Shop" service has shopping assistants ready to help and recommend on how to shop and make payment. Your purchased items will be delivered to your places with actual delivery cost. The service is available via both channels.
The "Luxury Chat & Shop", however, provides personal shopping assistants to help you shop for the latest brand name collections from flagship stores via both channels. Just browse through everyday highlight products, choose your favourite items, make payments and wait for your items to be delivered to your home.

The "Click & Shop" presents the latest collection of products for every lifestyle from Iconcraft, Iconactive, Women's Club and Siam Takashimaya via Line OA: @Iconsiam. Just select "Click and Shop" and search for your favourite brands or products on "Iconsiam Line My Shop".
Exclusively for VIZ Card members, the "Call & Shop" service is an easy way to shop for a wide range of products including those at Dear Tummy supermarket, Taka Mache and Siam Takashimaya by calling 02-495-7011 or 083-097-4622. The shopping assistants will help you with payment and you can come to pick up your purchases at Gate 10 on the ground floor or, alternatively, have them delivered to your home.
Every 5,000 and 8,000 baht spent using the aforementioned services by Feb 28 will entitle you to a Siam Gift Card worth 200 and 500 baht, respectively.
